To better assist those interested in attending the annual obesity conference we are now providing credit card payment.

This is a two step process:

1) Complete the registration form and fax it to Kim Johnson at 785-864-2009 OR you can email it to me by saving it and attaching it to an email (email to: kim@ku.edu)

2) Click the credit card link Online Payment System

a) Begin by clicking on Program Phase

b) Click on Annual Conference Registration

c) Pick Registration Type

d) Click Kansas City as your location

e) Do not select a group leader

f) Pay via echeck or credit card
